What is The Art Nova all about?

The Art Nova is an online gallery selling photographs and art prints. It is an platform to buy affordable art prints and framed canvas. With The Art Nova you have easy access to incredible art images and top-notch craftsmanship. Because when you find art you love, you'll love your space more... and that's what it's all about.

How do I place on order on The Art Nova?

Add the product(s) you wish to order in your shopping cart by clicking on the "Add to Cart" button located next to the product image. When you're ready to complete your order, click "Continue Checkout" from within your cart and follow the instructions.

What payment options do you accept on The Art Nova?

The Art Nova offers you multiple payment methods. You may use Internet Banking or Cash-on-Delivery. We also accept all major credit and debit cards and mobile payment services.

Can delivery time be different than the time range shown on the checkout page?

It is our constant endeavor to deliver quality products in the defined time-range. However, it is possible that our delivery partners might observe a non-working day between the day you place your order and the defined date of delivery. In such a scenario, there could be a delay in delivery of your order.

Do you sell internationally?

Please leave a message with the art you like and the country that you would like it to be shipped to. We will get back to you at the earliest on how we will get it across to you.

Can I cancel my order?

To cancel an order that has not yet shipped, contact our Customer Support Team or email support@theartnova.com. We are unable to process cancellations for items that have already printed or shipped. Please visit our returns page or contact us for alternate options.

Does the image on your site accurately represent what I will be sent?

We strive for a high degree of image accuracy. However, in some cases, the visual representation may be approximate, or prints may vary. If the product you receive is significantly different from what you saw on the screen, you can return it within 3 days for a refund or replacement.

 

What if the artwork arrives damaged?

If you receive damaged art, please contact us immediately to rectify the situation. All damaged art inquiries should be sent to support@theartnova.com with the subject line “Damaged art” followed by the order details. You must also include a digital photograph of the damage.

How can I send The Art Nova product as a gift?

Get in touch with us through support@theartnova.com and we will be happy to giftwrap your product, add a personalized note (incase you need one) and route the gift to recipient's address!
